The ReCentered Woman is an eight-week transformative program designed to align you in Mind, Body & Spirit so you can be your best self. Led by experienced Life & Health Coach, Bronwyn Radcliffe, this program will empower you with tools & techniques to align yourself for an extraordinary life! Here’s What’s Included:
- Session One —Know Thyself. Rediscover yourself: likes, dislikes, wants, and why you do what you do. We will also discuss the six pillars of lifestyle wellness and begin their inclusion in your life. Soft Belly Breathing
- Session Two— See Thyself. It’s called The Model and it’s a way to see your thoughts, your emotions, your actions/behavior and results. Imagery.
- Session Three—Inner Child. Learn how you hold yourself back. Feeling the feeling.
- Session Four—Expectations. Your own and those you hold for others. How they affect your health and drive your relationships. Meditation
- Session Five—Boundaries. What are they, what are your boundaries for yourself and for others.Shake/Dance.
- Session Six—Love Thyself. Unconditional love, what it really is, use and abuse. Feeling Love.
- Session Seven—Relating. Your relationship to yourself and others. Tonglen
- Session Eight—Accept Thyself. Putting it all together to create your desired outcomes. Wise Guide.
We meet each week online for an hour. The first 45 mins is devoted to learning and coaching and the last 15 mins will be meditative. Each week you’ll practice the skills to manage your mind, your heart and balance your emotions.
